Homes Residential Facilities and Services (HRFS) is a housing program ran by Deeper Life Outreach, Inc.: Helping Young People Evolve (DLO-HYPE). Since its conception in 2006, its mission is to provide affordable, clean, safe, high quality residences to men and women of any age who are in need of semi-independent, independent, transitional, or long-term housing.

	HRFS services the Metro Detroit area, and currently has two locations:
	

	
First House - For men of any age
	
Josephine House - For women and men of any age
